BT have told me I can’t take my number when I move. What do I do?

"Don’t worry. We can take over your number and convert it into a number which you can move to anywhere. This can be done with no disruption and your clients will not notice."

Diverts are expensive. Can I do without them?

"Absolutely. Diverts are expensive because you rent the facility and also pay a fee per call. When we do the number port it then points where you want and costs a lot less."

What are these advanced options you mention?

"You can record, queue & monitor calls. You can also choose to have your routing change according to time of day or day of week."

How much do you charge to port my number?

"Nothing. The only charge you get is a small monthly rental & very small cost per minute for usage."
